| This project suffered the most among all of my other works. What presented here is the last approved design decision. Building construction started in 1988, but the same death of Soviet system shut down the site. Construction was abandoned when building was raised up to 6-th floor, and since that time (almost 20 years), this nice project has not been able to be completed.
