This
pre-feasibility sketched project is my last work in Latvia. It was just before my
departure that we have finished sketches of main facades elevations along with
perspective drawings. But I was quite aware of the fact that this building will
not see the light, even on the detailed drawings. It had nothing to do with
epoch. It was in the year 1989; system started to crumble and had just yet two
more years to drag on... |
